Reintegration – 2016
2016
Intermediate Implementation
National disarmament activities concluded on August 14, 2015. A total of 66,491 of 69,506 registered ex-combatants were effectively reintegrated as of July 2016. [1] However, the reintegration process has been criticized as disproportionately benefiting former combatants who had allied with President Ouattara during the post-election crisis.[2]
